Originally designed for the U.S Army during the Vietnam war, thousands of this famous aircraft are still in service as transport, ambulance, and attack aircraft. In addition, the UH-1D is part of the armed and police forces of more than fifty nations. This kit is molded in "army" green, and contains a detailed cockpit, rotor detail, Gattling gun and rocket pods, and various cabin layout accessory choices. A highly detailed painting guide plus an extensive Cartograf (of Italy) decal sheet is included for five versions including: U.S Army '71, Italian Army '79, German Army Rescue Service '92, Spanish Army '92, and German Army 2004.
